Digital Products
All digital products (planners, journals, workbooks, card decks, guides) are instant downloads. You receive access immediately upon payment — no shipping, no waiting. Downloads are available in your account and via email link indefinitely.
Refund Policy for Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, contact hello@radicallyrad.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
Physical Products (Apparel & Accessories)
Production Time: 3–5 business days (made to order via Printful)
Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after production
International Shipping: 7–21 business days after production (varies by country)
Shipping Rates:
- US Standard: Free on orders over $75 / $5.99 under $75
- US Express (2–3 days): $12.99
- International: Calculated at checkout
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
To start a return:
- Email hello@radicallyrad.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop off the package within 7 days
- Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Please note: Custom-printed items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged/Defective Items: We'll replace any damaged or defective item at no charge. Just email a photo to hello@radicallyrad.com.
