Digital Products
How do I receive my digital download?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime by logging into your account. Digital products are available for download within minutes of purchase — no waiting.
What format are the digital products in?
All digital products are delivered as PDF files. You can print them at home (standard letter/A4 paper), use them on a tablet with a PDF annotation app, or view them on any device. We recommend printing planners, journals, and trackers on standard 8.5"×11" paper. For affirmation cards, use cardstock for best results.
Can I print my digital product more than once?
Yes! You can print your download as many times as you need, for your own personal use. Prints make great gifts too — just purchase one copy per person.
Do digital products come with a refund?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your file, contact us at hello@radicallyrad.com and we'll make it right immediately.
I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first! If it's not there, log into your account to access your downloads, or email us at hello@radicallyrad.com with your order number and we'll resend it within the hour.
Apparel & Physical Products
How long does shipping take?
Our apparel and physical products are made to order through our print partner Printful. Orders typically take 3–5 business days to produce and 3–7 business days to ship. Total delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What sizes do you carry?
Our apparel is available in XS through 3XL. Size guides are available on each product page. Our pieces run true to size — if you're between sizes or prefer an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I return or exchange apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on apparel items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items printed with custom designs are final sale. To start a return, email hello@radicallyrad.com with your order number.
My apparel item arrived damaged or with a print defect. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email hello@radicallyrad.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked.

Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, we strongly recommend creating a free account — it's the easiest way to access all your digital downloads in one place, view order history, and manage returns.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Discount codes cannot be stacked with other promotions or applied to already-discounted items unless otherwise stated.
